May have got this wrong but...


May have got this wrong but this is what I’m shore is happening. Now Kleeneze orders are around 3 weeks behind delivering. Mine are if yours are not. Even though I have paid for the order Kleeneze has frozen orders around 3 weeks old. This is the odd part. I had to phone customer service to get the order live again. Now Kleeneze HQ will delete the order, Credit me for the cost of the invoice. Then Kleeneze will reorder it and pack it at the ware house for dispatch.

Seems not right keeping payment for three weeks then crediting it back to my account. Odd they are hiding the waiting time for orders placed. & Hope I’ll be wrong but I’m expecting items won’t be in stock which were, when I paid for them, but have been sold to other distributors. Hope not lol.

So if you are getting your orders mist out from around three weeks ago and newer ones being delivered you need to bight the dust and phone KleenezeHQ up and un freeze the order at the ware house.
